ello ello, my name is Gavin and I'm brand spanking new to distance skateboarding, i decided to become involved after watching the long treks series for the 100th (ish) time over Christmas and wanting to do something slimier. so this summer me and an old buddy of mine plan on skating the with of the UK on the way of the roses cycle route. i should also explain that as an actor living on an actors wage this trip has a budget of about 27 pence, so it should be very interesting to see how this works out! its was amazing to stumble across SkateFurther and keep your eyes peeled as ill be updating this forum with all my unorganized shenanigans

Hello, my plan is to start from Morecambe (on the Irish sea) to Bridlington (north sea) via York, which is where I live and therefore can scrounge free food, a shower, and maybe some dignity. its not a missive trip (170 miles, 6 days) but is a push in the right direction. I did see the recent post on Nova Scotia and that is differently on my bucket list!
